Coastal Golf Tournament Winners
Get together with others from your local REALTOR association, realty firm or business and host a fundraising event to benefit Homes4NC. It’s a great way to have fun, create visibility in your community and raise awareness and funds for an important cause.  Here are some ideas to get you started:

Host a Golf Tournament
The Washington-Beaufort Board of REALTORS and seven other coastal associations host an annual golf tournament to benefit Homes4NC.  Currently in its fifth year, this regional tournament has yielded more than $60,000 for our affordable housing initiatives.

The Salisbury/Rowan Association of REALTORS also hosts an annual golf tournament that benefits RPAC and Homes4NC.  Funds from participating REALTORS are donated to the NC REALTORS Political Action Committee, while funds from industry partners and area businesses are donated to Homes4NC.


Build a Dream House
Become part of a community-wide effort that brings together builders, REALTORS, financial institutions, suppliers and others to build a home at the lowest possible cost, sell it at market rates and donate a portion of the proceeds to Homes4NC.

Homes4NC has partnered with REALTOR associations in Raleigh, Greensboro, Wilmington and Asheville to build six Dream Houses in the last five years, which resulted in more than $70,000.

Participate in the American Dream Auction
Homes4NC brings together the leaders of North Carolina’s real estate industry for its premier event of the year.  As a sponsor or item donor, you’ll be recognized for your leadership and potentially could receive tax benefits.  As a bidder, you’ll get the chance to bid on great items --weekend getaways, the latest technology, native and handcrafted artwork, tickets to sporting events, memorabilia and more -- all at rock-bottom prices!
